Record is VG++, side 1 has a superficial surface scuff from the middle of track 1 through the entirety of track 2 as well as a small pressing imperfection in track 2 that looks like a small bit of paper pressed under the grooves, neither will affect play. The sleeve is VG+, the lamination is starting to separate on the back near the mouth, the sleeve also has some minor wear on the corners and edges and minor surface wear.
